On 23 September 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the Provincial Administration Area, in Piazza Martiri D’Istia n. 1 in Grosseto, a public auction will be held for the sale of real estate located in the municipality of Grosseto. The auction will be held with the method of secret offers, increasing with respect to the base auction price.
The starting price is set at € 1,344,600.00 (one million three hundred and forty-four thousand six hundred/00), net of the tax charges provided for by law.
Those interested in participating must submit their offer in a closed and sealed envelope, signed on the closing flaps to guarantee its authenticity. The envelope must be delivered no later than 12:00 noon on 19 September 2024 to the Protocol Office of the Province of Grosseto, located in Piazza Dante Alighieri 35, 58100 Grosseto (GR).
