The Region of Tuscany has approved a new call for the implementation of intervention SRD013 ‘Investments in the processing and marketing of agricultural products’ of the Feasr 2023-2027 Rural Development Complement (Csr). The call is aimed at supporting enterprises engaged in the processing and marketing of agricultural products, with a total budget of more than EUR 47 million.
Objective of the call and types of investments
The objective of the intervention is to support tangible and intangible investments for enterprises operating in the processing and marketing of agricultural products, with a view to increasing sustainability, innovation and improving the quality of production processes. Investments eligible for support must meet specific objectives:
- Business enhancement: improvement of processing and storage facilities and installations.
- Innovation and sustainability: optimisation of production processes with a focus on energy and water efficiency.
- Quality and environment: adaptation of processes to quality and environmental sustainability standards.
- Safety and new markets: improving safety conditions at work and promoting the opening up of new markets.
- Energy from renewable sources: installation of plants for the production of energy for self-consumption.
Individual or associated enterprises operating in the agricultural supply chain are eligible to apply. The maximum contribution per application is EUR 975,000, with an intensity of 65% of eligible expenses.

Applications must be submitted via the ARTEA platform by 1pm on 21 March 2025.
