Invest in Tuscany recently published a call for expressions of interest dedicated to mapping areas for industrial and logistical use in Tuscany. The initiative aims to identify and make available to national and international investors areas and buildings with a productive or logistical vocation, whether publicly or privately owned.
The main objective is to facilitate the settlement of new production activities by reducing land consumption and making investments more sustainable. Owners of assets already earmarked for industrial or logistical use, including existing buildings, who wish to make them available to potential investors, including foreign ones, can participate in the notice.
This initiative is linked to the action of the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy, which aims to create a national mapping of industrial settlement areas, entering the data in a portal managed by the Technical Secretariat of the Committee for Foreign Investment Attraction (CAIE).
