The Region of Tuscany has approved a EUR 47 million call for tenders to support the processing and marketing of agricultural products, with the aim of enhancing the value of Tuscan agrifood products.
The call, to be issued at the end of October 2024, aims to promote the economic growth of rural areas by improving the productivity, competitiveness and sustainability of agricultural enterprises.
Investments in plants, technologies, improved production processes and environmental sustainability will be financed. The contribution will cover up to 65% of the investment, with a maximum of EUR 975,000 per project. The call will reward short supply chains and mills excluded from the PNRR.
