Riello Investimenti SGR, the company with long experience in Private Markets, has launched LINFA, a new investment fund focused on AgriFoodTech, a rapidly expanding sector. LINFA aims to raise up to 100 million euros and has attracted prestigious investors, including the European Investment Fund. The fund will invest primarily in Italian and European growth-stage or late-stage SMEs in the agri-food sector, with a focus on process, product, service and sustainability innovation. At least 60 percent of the capital will be dedicated to companies that demonstrate a positive environmental impact, thereby contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the promotion of a circular economy. LINFA will operate primarily in Italy, but will also explore opportunities in other European markets. The fund’s management team consists of Marco Gaiani and Mauro Odorico, both of whom have extensive experience in their respective fields.
