On September 9, the Grosseto City Council adopted the new structural plan that will redesign the city’s layout for the next 10 years. The Plan will be the main tool for guiding area businesses and future investors on development opportunities and areas of greatest potential.
At the center of the new Plan is the development of tourism in all its components, the enhancement of the agricultural supply chain, with the new Maremma Biological District at the center, and urban regeneration actions, both those based on the PINQUA of Via de’ Barberi and those oriented to the recovery of strategic areas, such as the Casalone Hippodrome and the former Boario Forum.
